Stress Management – Use Nature’s Therapy…It’s Right Outside Your Window!

Stress management therapy doesn’t have to be costly or complicated. In fact, sometimes it’s as close as the nearest open window.

Have you ever had difficulty opening your windows at home because they’re rarely opened and seem to have “grown” shut. Since we blast the air conditioning during the summer months and crank up the heat during the winter, windows have almost become obsolete—except for the natural light they provide.
